My journey has always been driven by curiosity, connection, and the belief that great results come from great people working together. I started my professional journey in Germany in 2016 as a Business Information Systems student, where I discovered my passion for combining technology, business, and human collaboration. This curiosity led me beyond borders, from an award-winning international winter program in Tokyo in 2018 to business studies in Seoul in 2019, experiences that shaped my global mindset and appreciation for different cultures.

In 2020, I co-founded a mobile gaming startup and experienced firsthand what it takes to build something from an idea into a product used by millions. Growing a startup to over 2 million installs taught me valuable lessons about entrepreneurship, teamwork, adaptability, and the importance of creating an environment where people can perform at their best.

Today, I work as a Scrum Master in the finance sector in Frankfurt, helping teams improve collaboration, embrace agile ways of working, and continuously grow. Beyond my professional role, I support the next generation of entrepreneurs as a Startup Mentor at the Entrepreneurship Center of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where I share my experiences and help founders navigate challenges on their journey.

As an international trainer and workshop facilitator, I have designed and delivered more than 20 Agile workshops for 100 students, professionals, and international teams. I enjoy creating spaces where people can exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and discover better ways of working together. For me, Agile is not only a framework or a set of practices, it is a mindset built around trust, communication, continuous improvement, and empowering people. I am passionate about connecting people, building positive cultures, and helping teams unlock their full potential. Outside of work, I continue developing myself through martial arts, practicing Hapkido as a way to strengthen discipline, awareness, and resilience,values that also influence how I approach leadership and teamwork.
